Nutmeg squash puree or butternut
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 1/4 nutmeg or butternut squash
- 1 teaspoon of oil of your choice
Preparation:
- Cut the squash into slices (lengthwise) and then remove the seeds from it with a tablespoon.
- Then peel the skin of the squash with the help of a thrift.
- Cut the flesh into cubes and place it in the steam basket of your Baby Cook (the smaller the pieces will be and the faster they will cook)
- Steam for 15 to 20 minutes until the squash flesh is tender. Check cooking with the tip of a knife.
- Mix the squash into a smooth and homogeneous puree.
- Add the oil at the end and mix using a spatula or wooden spoon.
Zucchini and potato puree
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 300 grams of zucchini
- 100 grams of Potato
- 1 teaspoon of oil of your choice
Preparation:
- Wash the vegetables and peel them.
- Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Cut the zucchini and potato into small pieces and then place them in the steam basket of your Baby Cook. (The smaller the pieces, the faster they will cook).
- Cook the zucchini pieces for 10 minutes and the potato pieces for 15 to 20 minutes. Check cooking with the tip of a knife.
- Mix the vegetables together until a smooth puree is obtained.
- Add the oil at the end and mix using a spatula or wooden spoon.
Parsn parsn parsnure puree
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 200 grams of parsnps
- Half a glass of water + or – (suitable for baby feeding) or half a glass of breast or artificial milk. Dose the water or milk according to the texture you want to give to the puree.
- 1 teaspoon of oil of your choice
Preparation:
- Wash and peel the parsnnips.
- Cut it into small pieces (the smaller the pieces and the faster they cook) and place them in the steam basket of your Baby Cook
- Cook for about 20 minutes until the parsnnips are tender and melting. Check cooking with the tip of a knife.
- Mix gradually add water or breast / artificial milk.
- Add the oil and mix
Carrot puree
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 200 grams of carrots
- 1 small glass of mineral water + or – (suitable for baby feeding).
Preparation:
- Wash and peel the carrots.
- Cut into thin slices and place them in the steam basket of your baby Cook.
- Cook for 20 minutes until melting.
- Mix the pureed carrots, gradually adding water until a smooth puree is obtained.
- Add the oil and mix.
White leek puree / potatoes
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 300 grams of leek white
- 100 grams of potatoes
- 1 cac of pasteurized fresh cream
Preparation:
- Remove the ends of the leek white and cut it in half lengthwise.
- Wash the leek white and potatoes.
- Finely cut the leek white and potatoes into small pieces and place them in the steam basket of your Baby Cook.
- Cook the leek for 12 to 15 minutes until the pieces are tender and the potato for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Mix the leek white and potatoes, adding water gradually until a smooth mash is obtained.
- Add the fresh cream and mix.
Sweet potato puree
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 250 grams of sweet potato
- Half a glass of mineral water (suitable for baby feeding) or breast or artificial milk
- 1 teaspoon of oil of your choice
Preparation:
- Wash and peel the sweet potato
- Cut it into small pieces (the smaller the pieces and the faster they will cook)
- Place the pieces in the steam basket of your Baby Cook and cook for 20 minutes until tender and melting.
- Mix by gradually adding water (suitable for baby's diet), or with breast or artificial milk, until a smooth and creamy puree is obtained.
- Add the oil at the end.
Broccoli puree
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 200 grams of broccoli
- 60 grams of potato
- A little water (suitable for baby feeding)
- A cac of pasteurized fresh cream
Preparation:
- Wash the broccoli, cut the stem and discard it, then cut the head of the broccoli into small pieces.
- Wash the potato and cut it into small pieces.
- Cook the broccoli for up to 15 minutes, beyond that, the broccoli begins to turn brown and its taste increases, which could put off baby. Cook the potato for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Mix adding a little water until you get a smooth puree.
- Add the crème fraîche at the end and mix.
Spinach puree
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 300 grams of fresh spinach
- 100 grams of potatoes
- 1 cac of pasteurized fresh cream
- Mineral water suitable for baby feeding.
Preparation:
- Remove the stems and wash the spinach by rinsing it and then bathing it in a pot of water, empty it. Repeat 4 to 5 times until the water is clear.
- Wash, peel and cut the potato into small pieces.
- Place the spinach leaves and potato pieces in the steam basket of your Baby Cook: 8 minutes of cooking for spinach and 15 to 20 minutes for potatoes.
- Mix by gradually adding a little water until a smooth puree is obtained.
- Add the pasteurized crème fraîche before serving and mix.
Pea puree
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 200 grams of frozen or canned peas.
- A little bit of mineral water (suitable for baby)
- A teaspoon of oil of your choice
Preparation:
- Put the peas in the steam basket of your baby Cook and cook for 7 minutes.
- Mix by pouring a little water gradually until a smooth puree is obtained.
- Add the oil at the end and mix.
Green bean puree
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 200 grams of canned or frozen green beans
- 60 grams of potatoes
- A little mineral water (for baby)
- A teaspoon of oil of your choice
Preparation:
- Put the green beans in the steamed basket of your baby cook and cook for 7 minutes.
- Mix by pouring a little water gradually until a smooth puree is obtained.
- Add the oil at the end and mix.
Corn puree
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 250 grams of canned corn
- A potato
- 1/2 glass of mineral water (suitable for baby feeding)
- 1 teaspoon of oil of your choice
- You can 10g of ham to this puree if you have started to introduce meat into the baby's diet.
Preparation:
- Peel the potato and cut it into small pieces.
- Put the potato and corn in the steam basket of your Babycook: 8 min of cooking for the corn and 15 to 20 min for the potato. If you add ham, 5 minutes of cooking will be enough.
- Mix by adding a little water gradually until you get a puree texture that suits you.
- Add the oil at the end.
Radish puree / potatoes / fresh cheese
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 15 Pink Radish
- 1 potato
- fresh chives
- 20 grams of Philadelphia cheese
Preparation:
- Wash the radishes well to remove all the soil and cut off the ends. Then cut in half.
- Wash the potato and peel it before cutting it into small pieces.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Put the fresh cheese, radishes and potato in the blender and mix, adding water gradually until you get the desired texture.
Pear compote
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 200 grams of pears
Preparation:
- Wash and peel the pears
- Cut into pieces, removing the seeds
- Place the pieces of pears in the steam basket of your Baby Cook and cook for 6 minutes.
- No need to add water because it is a fruit full of water.
Applesauce
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 200 grams of apples
- A little mineral water (suitable for baby feeding)
Preparation:
- Wash and peel the apples
- Cut into pieces, removing the seeds
- Place the pieces of pears in the steam basket of your Baby Cook and cook for 8 minutes.
- Mix and add a little water until you get a smooth compote.
Banana compote
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 200 grams of bananas
- A little mineral water (suitable for baby feeding)
Preparation:
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
- Place the banana pieces in the steam basket of your Baby Cook and cook for 7 minutes.
- Mix and add water until a smooth compote is obtained.
Quince Applesauce
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 100 grams of quinces
- 100 grams of apples
- A little mineral water (suitable for baby feeding)
Preparation:
- Wash and peel apples and quinces
- Cut into pieces and place them in the steam basket of your Babycook
- Cook for 8 minutes
- Mix and add water until a smooth puree is obtained.
Applesauce / Pears / Bananas
Ingredients: (2 servings)
- 120 grams of apples
- 50 grams of pears
- 30 grams of bananas
- A little mineral water (suitable for baby feeding)
Preparation:
- Wash apples and pears and peel them, removing the seeds
- Peel the banana
- Cut the fruit and place the pieces in the steam basket of your Baby Cook.
- Cook for 7 minutes
- Mix by adding a little water until a smooth compote is obtained.
